Technical Sales Engineer

As a technical Sales engineer, you will ensure that our customers receive optimally tailor-made products and comprehensive after-sales service. The Technical Sales Engineer provides technical support to our customers and is considered an important position in the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical support for internal and external customers regarding the quality and performance of our specialty papers

• Technical support for the development of new paper grades

• Development and implementation of solutions for LENK's entry into the COATED PAPER market

• Designing, calculating and implementing product strategies

• Evaluate the market potential of the product and competitor products

• Create budgets and monitor controlling

• Conduct negotiations with business partners and suppliers

• Check substitution suppliers for existing products

• Close exchange and cooperation with all department heads and sales agents

Your profile:

• You are a trained papermaker or paper engineer or comparable training/experience with sales orientation

• Broad and practical knowledge in coatings and chemicals used by the paper industry

• Experience in developing coated paper solutions is desirable

• High level of customer service, communication skills, confident appearance

• Committed and resilient personality, independent and self-reliant way of working, team player

• Proficient in German and English
